Initially, it was called anti-Homosexuality Act of Kenya but the legislator has changed it to the Family Protection Act of Kenya. The legislator who strongly came out to oppose a Supreme Court ruling that allowed registration of LBGTQ said he will not relent on his quest of pushing the government to ban homosexuality in the county.
